About Us
At Jamia Syeda Fatima Al-Zahra through the teachings of the Holy Quran, and the hadith of Prophet Muhammed ﷺ our aim is to educate and prepare the younger generation of this Ummah through knowledge, wisdom, good morals and manners.
We abide by the laws of the Holy Quran, and live our lives in accordance to the etiquettes shown to us by Prophet Muhammed ﷺ.
We aim to be better Muslims & better people, to all people, regardless of their religious or other beliefs.
Jamia Syeda Fatima Al-Zahra provides all manner of Islamic functions and events for the local community.
Currently the Mosque offers:
5 Daily Congregational Prayers
Madrasah classes for children
Friday Jumu’ah Prayers: Lecture (Bayaan) in English & Sermon (Khutbah) in Arabic.
Eid Prayers.
Taraweeh Prayers (night prayers during Ramadan).
The Spiritual Retreat (Itikaf) during the last 10 nights of Ramadan.
Quran Khatams for the deceased.
Events: Educational events & talks such as Mawlid an Nabi, Isra wal Mi’raj and others.
Weekly Durood Sharif Mehfils every Thursday evening.
